As a Success NationaLease Rental Manager your role includes the marketing and development of new client companies in addition to the management of existing client accounts. One of the goals for this role is to become a full business partner with the customer, offering the required systems, services, expertise, and resources to help them optimize their supply chain. Services marketed are long term contractual agreements providing Full-Service Lease, Contractual Maintenance, and related services.

Job Description
  • Perform daily inventory checks and monitor fleet conditions

  • Making Outside Sales Calls

  • Building Relationships with Potential New Clients as well as managing Existing Clients on a daily basis.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Interacting with other Departments to maintain awareness and relationships.

  • Discover Potential New Markets and Plan an effective entry proposal.

  • Creating and Presenting Sales Proposals including understanding the quantitative data behind the presentations.

  • Consulting on Specifications of Equipment with Internal and External Customers and Prospects.

  • Actively participate in the development of new products and the presentation of innovative ideas for service offerings.

  • Supervise an Inside Rental Representative

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in commercial truck rental and leasing

  • Proven ability to manage personnel

  • Proven ability to maintain customer relationships

  • Good Organizational and Time Management Skills

  • Availability and Reliability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Account Management Skills

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Responds well to change and work challenges.

  • Professional & Positive Attitude

  • Self-Motivated and has the willingness to learn.
